Request to Delete Your Account
Submit a request to permanently delete your OJ App account and associated personal data, as required by Google Play Store policy.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Withdraw any remaining wallet balance before submitting this request. Processing typically takes 7–15 working days after identity verification.
Account Deletion Request
Use the same mobile number registered on your OJ App account. Our team will verify your identity before processing the deletion.
What Gets Deleted
- Profile information (name, photo, contact details)
- Quiz participation history and leaderboard entries
- Course progress and saved preferences
- Referral codes and network associations
- In-app wallet balance (must be withdrawn before deletion)
- Device login sessions and notification tokens
What May Be Retained
- Transaction records required for tax, GST, and TDS compliance (as per law)
- Payment and payout records retained for statutory audit periods
- Fraud-prevention logs where legally required
