Users must be residents of India. If a User is under the age of 16, they must use the Application under parental or legal guardian supervision. Users must provide accurate information including name, mobile number, and payment details. Multiple or fake accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balances.

All live quiz competitions hosted on the Oj App are Games of Skill. Winners are determined based on knowledge, speed, correct answers, and leaderboard ranking. Entry fees may range between ₹10 and ₹20 or as announced for specific competitions. Rewards are credited to the in-app wallet according to the predefined reward structure.

Educational video lectures, live classes, test series, and digital notes are the intellectual property of the Company. Users are granted a limited license for personal learning purposes only. Recording, redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of content is prohibited.

Community Managers operate under a Zero-Investment onboarding model and act as independent partners. Franchise partners and network participants must comply with all company guidelines, ethical standards, and promotional policies.

The Company is not responsible for issues caused by user devices, network failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service outages. Technical infrastructure is maintained using secure and scalable systems; however, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
