Refunds are available for eligible contest fees or purchases where the platform cannot deliver the promised service or when a transaction is declined by payment systems.

Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed according to the original payment method.

Entry fees for completed contests, intentional rule violations, and purchases of non-refundable content are not eligible for refunds.
